Dear Fellow Members and Friends,

We are developing rotarywarszawacity.pl to make it easier to find information about our Club, projects and events, and to share it with others. As we prepare for the XXX (30th) Rotary Christmas Tree Gala, the website can help us reach new guests, donors and partners.

I encourage you to visit the website and make use of its features.

The website in six languages

You can read the website in Polish, English, Ukrainian, German, Italian and French. Select a language in the top right-hand corner. When you switch languages, you remain on the same content in the corresponding language version.

This allows us to share information about the Club with our friends and partners abroad as well.

Gala materials in twelve languages

Under “30th Christmas Tree Gala” (“30. Gala Choinki”), you will find the guest invitation and the partnership invitation for companies and institutions.

Both are available to download as PDFs in twelve languages: Polish, English, German, Italian, French, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, Turkish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Arabic and Mongolian.

Choose the language of the person you are contacting and send them the appropriate material.

How to share an invitation or article

1. Open the guest invitation, partnership page or news article you wish to share.
2. Select the appropriate language version.
3. Use the Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or email button, or “Copy link” (“Kopiuj link”) to paste the address into your own message.

You can send information directly to someone you know or post it on your social media. I encourage you to add a few words of your own — a personal invitation has particular value.

Easier reading

The A / A+ / A++ buttons in the bottom right-hand corner let you enlarge the text. The website works on computers, tablets and phones, and you can click on photographs in news articles to enlarge them.

Please share invitations and news about our work with friends, colleagues, other Rotary clubs, and individuals and companies who might support us.

The volunteer team led by Andrzej Ludek meets every week to identify tasks, share responsibilities and work on preparations for the Gala. There is still much to do, and each of us can also help by passing the invitation on.

This year’s Gala will support the development of STOP CANCER PLUS and assistance for children from Ukraine attending school in Poland. The more people learn about this work, the greater our chance of gaining new friends and support.
